DEMO playback

Idk if this is actually hardware related, and I'm sorry.. if it's not, just move it (be sure to inform me so I don't get lost on this huge ass website.) to the proper forum, please.

Anyways, I record demos fine. The files are there and I tried to play one earlier (updated steam, restarted it, restarted my computer, too!!) and I play a demo back to record some shots from a ESEA pug, but like.. it lags soo badly.. I can't get a clip of it because like.. the video laggs, but the audio doesn't. (Or at least I don't think so..?)

If you know this, please relpy back... I've googled numerously amounts of times and it's severely frustrating.. I'm about to just reload CSS onto my PC..

it's not recording right.. your hd isn't fast enought or you don't have DMA.. i had that problem using a 5400rpm drive. defrag your drive and try again.. or remove some space from your current one.
