1: must be a responsible member of the community. (in the forums and in game) Yup
2: clear minded thought proccess and thinks before he/she says or acts on anything. Always
3: must have the ability to help the community with donations. Can every month and have been doing.
4: has to be 18 years of age or older (some exceptions are made but not many) I am 20.
5: has played on the servers for at least 3 months. I have been part of the N/U community for about 8 months.
6: knows the rules of the servers. Yes all of them
7: must be able to learn things as explained to him/her the first time. Yup
8: must have the willingness to do his job in game rather then ignore the players and continue playing. Of course
9: should be seen helping enforcing the rules. Will do
10: must Have Xfire. Done - my xfire is sean7488
11: must have the Ventrillo client and know how to connect and participate in our Ventrillo server. I go on from time to time but never really see to many people on in the zm channel.
12: references from admins you play with a plus but not mandatory. Played with pretty much all of the admins on the ZM server.
13. Not have admin on any other server, or owner of there own pub server. Nope.

I've played a few times with sean while i was playing and he seemed like a pretty good guy.
Even steamed me when players were acting up in the server with no admins on.

Ill give a thumbs up.

a good and clear yes i have played a lot with him the last few weeks and he really helps me out when i am busy.. and we seem to be online pretty much the same time.

So he is a good person to get trained for admin and i know for sure he will be helpfull alot to the community in ZM
