There is currently a rumor that i was profiteering hacks on the Role Play server. There was one day where Dj Not Nice was paying my 50k back from when I helped buy him an interceptor and i said as a joke thank you for the 50k ill give u the hacks now to see what Scorch would say. When he asked me if I was serious I said no. Ever since then Scorch and apparently other people now think I was really profiteering hacks on the roleplay server. What a joke it is that you actually think I would sell hacks deliberately straight in front of a N/U admin knowing that I was pay a consequence if I really was selling hacks... You can ask any person in the Role play server if I ever sold them hacks and you will truly see I am not guilty of this pathetic excuse of a crime. Please give proof before accusing me of doing something so blantantly false. I have done nothing wrong in N/U servers. The worst I've done is RDM a few times.

Think about it, if I actually had hacks to sell and I was selling them I would take the money I got and buy CSS on a new account and just go back with a new name.

P.S: To Enderless: KAC: sv_consistency violation has nothing to do with having sv_consistency set to 0 you would know if you knew anything about KAC. First problem with your theory: RP has, and always has had sv_consistency set to 1, which even Natalya admits to me. Second: It has to do with inconsistent files and folders especially addons.

Your banned permanently why can't you understand that. Also there was proof you were selling hacks inside RP server. Also Ender clearly said "All the bullshit aside, your bartering of hacks and general griefing of the server has come to an end, and i see no reason to ever allow you back into the community." It's already settled. You are not getting unbanned.

I just came back from a party and had me a good damn time. Now i come home to this shit? Alright now you really about to get on my nerves. Look towelie we have it over 3-4 time. Theirs a thing called server loggs buddy you should check them out. PS: Dj has said that you sent him a hack via email but then the new update for the css engine came out and it was not working and as i told him to delete it he did. So please quit being a butt hurt little child and take your punishment like a man.

now i havnt played on the RP server for a while but, ToweLie has been playing there for a VERY long time, he obeys the rules, and is nice everyone, he should be unbanned IMO

Whisker It does not matter if he has been playing here a very long time. I was their when it first came up okay. I have helped in that server more then you or towelie would know.

Well, it's good to know that i have been misinformed about how KAC works on a server. See, i know that RP is set to sv_consistency 1 (being as i have helped rebuild the server since the update) and that sv_consistency set to 1 allows clients to use non-default models. However, it is a server side setting, so when the client responds with a different value, that client is then banned from the server. From Kigen's site:

2) What the sv_consistency ban states, is that the sv_consistency CVAR on his client did not match the servers value. (Server typically are set to 1). Since this is a CVAR controlled by the server, there is no normal means to force a client to have a CVAR variance from the server, so the base assumption is, he had something to change it.

So when your client is logged in this fashion:

L 08/01/2010 - 08:55:12: Bad CVar response! ToweLie (STEAM_0:1:13361099) has sv_consistency (sv_consistency) set to 0.000000
L 08/01/2010 - 08:55:12: ToweLie (STEAM_0:1:13361099) was banned for cheating. KAC ID:5.15

You can obviously see where the confusion comes from. It's good to know that it was your plugin/model/gay porn spray that was the offender, and not a 3rd party program overriding the servers setting (being that your client, by default, cannot). I'm happy to say that we are blessed that a person of your expertise has stopped by to correct our initial misjudgments, and i will work diligently to rectify these problems in the future!!!

BTW, if you haven't been doused by the sarcasm oozing from my above reply, let me say thank you for wasting my valuable time by correcting your asinine assumptions. I know KAC, i know how it interacts with the server and the clients. You are banned; please do me the honor of not creating another thread that i have to lock.

Even if all the accusations made of you are false...

C: This is a privately-run community paid for by donors
D: You have no right to play here; we just make the servers public and non-passworded so people can if they want
E: We therefore reserve the right to deny access to anyone
F: As developer and head admin of the RP server I'm denying access to you because
1: You're annoying
2: You ruin the game environment for other players
3: I don't like you
4: You are annoying
G: The only way you will EVER get unbanned is if you somehow convince Sios or Pasties to tell me//ender to unban you
