it's great that you got the steam id, but you will also need a demo to back that claim up. if you don't know how to do this, go to spectate (type spectate in console) and spec the suspected hacker. Then in console type:

record demo_nameofhacker

get at least 1-2 minutes of demo. stop the demo (type stop in console).

location of the .dem file will be:

Program Files/steam/steamapps/youremailaddress/counter-strike source/cstrike

compress it to a zip file, then upload it at the n00bunlimited ban server with the Steam ID and name of hacker.
