I tried to play there last night, players would not explain what was going on, i was killed for no reason many times and ran over by error emblems, all kinds of nonsense was going on.

I got discouraged and left. I am new to the rp server and had no idea what was going on.

EFFECTIVE 09/17/2010: NO PROP KILLING

You shouldn't kill people with props via gravity gun. If you do you will be banned immediately. It counts as free killing. Don't bring props outside either unless it is for RP purposes.

You have to be 15+ or sound 15+ to use voice chat. I'm letting admins mute and kick violators. If you constantly violate this rule you can be banned for disobeying admins.

You MUST add these rules/plugins to rp

1. Car impact. When a car slams into anything or takes impact, the player inside should be hurt - depending on the car of course. Cop car skin 1 should not take damage at all. To prevent T's in cop car skin 1. Make it a rule. No t can ride in cop car skin 1-unless they jacked it.
a. Useful as s*** for cop chases so the T cant suicide when trapped or the T cant just stay in the car forever.
b. EDIT- Probably a better idea would be when the car reaches some limit of impact, they would automatically spawn right outside of their car with a slower walking rate to imitate a real life injured person. Easier for cuff. Easier for cops. A lot better city.
2. Auto-ban for users who are cuffed and d/c or suicide by themselves. Anyone in jail is cuffed anways so d/cing in jail gets an auto ban. The autoban time should be 10 minutes. Definitely needs to be used since freekillers wont just keep reconnecting or suiciding.
3. Add pngs or video to TVs. This way, people at houses or with atv can watch something though repeated constantly.
4. Citizens should have no knife power. No joke. Everyone freekills as a citizen for no reason (that I know of) so without knife power, they cant do ****. Oh yeah, if they have guns, thats a dif story but they would have to becareful more since they can lose it easily.
5. Food system. Like a vending machine? You can press some button on it and it drops out a bottle of water. You go to the water and press rmb to hold it with prop holding plugin. Then you can type !eat /eat to eat it for extra hp (like 10 or 20 depending on food). Vending machines should have prices on them so just edit the prop that comes out of it and the skin on the vending machine. This can give a purpose to In-N-out or any restaurant.
6. MAJOR SUGGESTION.
- Mayors usually dont do anything but get the 500 bucks for payday. You can add a demote, but it would be baised if the server is full of frenchy kids. A better option would be adding a police truck. The back of the truck will have a 2 doors where u can put 4 ppl inside. This way, when the mayor wont warrant and u got 3 ppl cuffed, you can force them into the truck and lock the doors- then drive to the city hall jail. A lot easier.
b. Since they would rather die when cuffed and wont go into the truck, i recommend some kind of holding device like you can hold a person like a prop except u cant twist them push them out or eject them but just pick up and drop. This way, cuffed people can't suicide, since we can pick them up and force theminto the truck.

These are awesome ideas, these are some major suggestion for the FKS to function a lot easier since less freekilling would occur and cuffed/ jailed ppl wont reconnect.
