Shnarf's Admin Application

I have played with Shnarf. He does get insulted quiet a bit, some are serious some are kidding around. I would have to say yes to admin. He does know every single rule. Even tho he gun whores alot, still pretty chill for being insulted quite a bit. GL Shnarf!

im a reg and shnarf doesnt always have the best attitude towards most people. Like some of you said above an admin should not be disliked by most of the regs and some of the admins. I just dont see how that would work.

Is the qualification for adminship a popularity contest or if i can do the job responsibly?

i would say its a little of both why would the nu community make someone an admin if he or she is not popular with the regs and other admins......
the problem would be that we do not need heads butting between 2 admins or an admin and a regular this community picks its admins with a voice from the community its self

Shnarf is right. If he does what an admin needs to do(keep servers clean), he's good to go. I'm not liked by some regs, maybe an admin. But that doesn't distract me from what needs done.

if hes not like by alot not one or two, multiple admins and regs thats going to cause un-needed problems in the community. Just think lol. Im saying its a popularity contest either, its things you done and said. ive said my peace.

Ok let me chime in here. Snarf was/is cool to play with, there was one (that i know of) past admin that thought and still think he is a hacker. and so that one admin spread some bad roomer around about him.
moving forward in time. there are the ones in the community that will not understand or maybe forgive snarf for the post he made about the knife rounds. all be it. it did get out of hand. those issues are setled now. a great deal thanks to snarf.

so as far as i'm concerned. i really can't with a good conscience say no. he does know the rules. i don't see him online as much as i used to. but who well. he need to figure out his mic problems as no one can ever really hear him speak. it's really low volume.

does he get a tude. lol yeah. if you got as much shit as he does you would get a little ruffeled under the feathers also.

how about this. we can talk to the regs who don't like him and see why they dont and if their complaint holds water or if it's just childish BS. and go from there.
after all you can give it to him. and if he's falling or what ever you can allways take it away. not like it takes that long to do.
