GG Server Side Rate Fix?

Thanks Nat/Sio for clearing it up for me. It will help to not have to rag on people to get their rates fixed all the time, and thanks Nat for the name thing, should help out a lot.

the rates plugin on most of our servers is kinda null and void...

so if i read that right then they are not working or used anymore?
