hahaha! My country is developed as well as France, we don't live in huts :P .
Moreover we had last year a hurricane named Dean, who destroyed many houses, advertising hoardings, eradicated trees, etc.

But we still ok.

The main problem is that the max internet 'flow(?)' is 8 Megabits, and the only servers where we can play is in US.
