@snuggles yes but there are bypasses to get around the server having sv_cheats 0.

@vince no becuase he was using a cheat cvar and was nailed for it. even if his intentions were for the good.

i don't think he knew there were hacks on it. he just wanted a skin for his awp. he apparently has one for his scout and pistol (i'm assuming deagle).

What kind of awp was it. I've seen one on csbanana called like magic bullet or something, where it takes away like most of the picture and its just a finger with a bullet on it. Making it sort of like a wallhack since you can see where you can't with a normal skin.

Here is a video showing what r_drawothermodels 2 does. Skins cannot cause r_drawothermodels to be set to 2. Only cheats/bypasses can.

p.s., sorry for the bump but I wanted to get this out here so people know really what he was banned for. r_drawothermodels 2 is a type of wallhack which allows you to see the wireframe of people and certain other objects through walls and stuff.

ok my only question is how did he get this cheat in a awp skin ??i always thougth there was some kinda codes u had to use or download to use these hacks ?? i have sen where ppl have used the wire frame or wall hacks prob the most common but never heard of it being in a awp skin unless of course if the kid is lying

I would assume that he was just lying to try to get it undone. Sad because I always liked retro but I don't think you can get that wire frame stuff in an awp skin.
