iPhone 4 Help

I won an iPhone 4. I have AT&T with a basic phone family texting, and no data. Is there ANY way, by turning off 3G, cellular data, etc. That I can use it as my phone without a data plan? I really don't feel like dishing out $30 a month... It blows. Anyone?

Ask if you can take the cash value of the phone instead, if not, then take it and sell it to someone for part of the price, anything you get will be profit

Being the bad money spender that I am, I'm bending to the will of AT&T and buying the $15 data plan and seeing if its enough for me. I have WiFi most of the time anyway. I'd only use data for occasional web browsing and streaming xm radio while i drive but thats about it. If $15 isn't enough I'll do the $25 plan and submit to the will of the corporate evil.
