I already have an nx8800gtx, rare beauty. But no sli only crossfire. So im getting an ATI/AMD card soon, heard theres a bios workaround to run sli but im iffy on fucking with that shit.

You should check out this link. If you can't SLI/Crossfire, you can set up one dedicated to processing the Physx and the other to render out the rest. You don't need the same GPU to run this setup. Scroll down to the "Physx Setup and Rendering" section.
