Thank you Natalya and Scorch this post was very helpful, and I try to enforce all of the rules, I just wish there were more admins to help me out.
The rules are now up on the MotD. If someone has a question about the rules or how to play tell them to type motd in game and they can look around (it has 4 pages now) to see what's up.

my advice is to add all the rp server admins to your steam friends. that way, if there are any issues or need help or whatsnot, just mssg us and we'll be glad to help. i don't play there as much as i'd like, but as soon as i get my first summer class out of the way, i should have a little more free time.

I tried to play there last night, players would not explain what was going on, i was killed for no reason many times and ran over by error emblems, all kinds of nonsense was going on.
I got discouraged and left. I am new to the rp server and had no idea what was going on.
