Map Update

The Renegades have a new base now. The destruction of the gas station meant that they needed somewhere else to camp out, so they took the house just outside of town. The Rogues took some time to upgrade their base as well. LOL Nightclub now has some lighting inside and a kitchen. One day they will have a fully operational DJ Booth with lasers and stuff, but that's coming later.

Bank of the West set up shop in the abandoned lot over by the Strip Mall. The bank is not 100% yet, but it's close. They boast drive-thru service and three ATM's. However, they still need signs and a functional Bank Vault. The rest of the lot remains empty, but future development plans are being made by Denny's who hope to establish an ocean-side location. Speaking of which, the city finally put up road signs. The three main roads are Desert Rock Road, Natalya Avenue, and Ocean Side Drive. The smaller streets are Tenoh Pl. and Moonlight Lane.

Shit Brick Apartments was torn down by developers. Expect a new gas station there some time in the future. The highway was demolished along with the gas station, but now there's a warehouse and a Maaco Auto Repair. We might get another warehouse out there soon. Other developers are announcing their plans, but none have come to fruition yet. The city rejected a proposal for a subway citing a lack of density and poor planing, but other bids are being considered for houses and an office building. There is still plenty of land left where Ocean Side Drive meets Natalya Avenue and Tenoh Place, and the zoning board has not ruled out development along Desert Rock Rd. south of where Shit Brick Apartments once stood, so developers are encourage to submit their projects ASAP to city representative Lady Natalya. The City of Alltimit still has a lot of vacancy, especially in the out of town area.
