1: must be a responsible member of the community. (in the forums and in game): I joke around a lot but I help out people when they ask, always trying to lighten the mood. I don't mind helping out and getting things off the ground
2: clear minded thought process and thinks before he/she says or acts on anything.: hey, I didn't graduate near the top of my class by not thinking, but I definitely do think things out before I do anything, rather be prepared than have to eat my words later
3: must have the ability to help the community with donations. : I'll do what I can, I may have to donate weekly like mongo
4: has to be 18 years of age or older (some exceptions are made but not many) : 21
5: has played on the servers for at least 3 months. Been scoutin bitches since around august I think, joined the forums in november, 2009

7: must be able to learn things as explained to him/her the first time. fast learner, i don't think i've worked with your servers' version of admin, but I have used mani admin in the past for other communities that unfortunately no longer exist
8: must have the willingness to do his job in game rather than ignore the players and continue playing. : I'll take care of business when something comes up, mic spammers, etc. if something bothers me, chances are it bothers others too
9: should be seen helping enforcing the rules. : always getting on people for not doing the objective
10: must Have Xfire. asianamnesty
11: must have the Ventrillo client and know how to connect and participate in our Ventrillo server. Yep
12: references from admins you play with a plus but not mandatory. Mongo baby

13. Not have admin on any other server, or owner of there own pub server. nope

Your a good player, respectful, and very fun to play with.
