I'll be straight forward because you need my honesty. Your DM as it is now, is a loser. NS server? Full. Your server? Empty. Why? I'll tell you 100% why it's a failure.

1) Maps suck. I'm updating maps with the best of the best NS maps. They're short, sweet, and fast action. You want that. Not too big. Not too boring. Not too small where you're spawning on each other.

2) Real DM with random spawns = crowd displease. Quake 1..2..3 DM = random spawn points, but this a team based game. Random spawns servers are losers.

I'm introducing you to team vs team DM to install teamwork and give people what they really want, competitive teamwork towards a common goal.

3) Banned Awps? People will always bitch and complain about the awps, but what makes your server balanced? The maps. I've introduced non-awp maps that give you balance. Let them awp and auto. It's part of the game. If you're giving them 100% organic counter strike, you'll fill up. There are many..many..many..many..no awps no autos. Give them the real game. If they complain, they'll get better at avoiding awps. People will ALWAYS bitch because they want the advantage. Let them bitch because this one will include awps. Awps are why people come to NS. Awps will be why you. If certain maps are too much, we'll allow restriction on those maps. That'll come later. For now, 100% organic CSS.

4) MOTD needed love. I took a viagra pill and made love to it. Enjoy.

5) 100 to 66 tick. DM only runs at true 66 tick. 100 tick is never taken advantage off. It's also good for those awpers

6) Fuck no to bots. Bots = you unprofessional. You are professional. Bots are gone. NEVER, will you ever put fucking bots on that shit again. I'll slap your fucking hands and call you names.

7) Map rating off. Fuck that shit. No one cares. Good maps are played and bad maps are bitched about by regulars in the forums. I'll write up how to pick out good maps.

I'll be redoing your core for it later. Blocked smokes and flashes. Only hand gernades allowed.
