just go to your fbg profile and click on the awards. they say what the requirements are. it's pretty straightforward. kill a lot of people in one, two or three consecutive rounds; kill a lot of people consecutively; lots of headshots in one round; kill enough people to put you in first, second or third place before the map ends.
...so basically, just kill everyone on the opposite team without dying and you're set!
