Ok, I have to get my 2 cents in here.... ahem...

Actually, I have to completely disagree with what cogbern says(still love cogbern though), there is nothing wrong with the way voting is being done in gungame. I, as admin, probably play more hours than any other admin in gungame and have not noticed any misuse of the votemap system. If it isnt broke why fix it. Since the votemap was turned to 100% vote to change maps the amount of people playing has been greatly reduced; ie when a "bad" map comes up in rotation, everyone clears out. The system we had in place before cogbern complained was the best system weve had in the 3 years ive been playing at N/U, no reason to fix it just to please one person(even though we love him).

How about we get rid of the maps noone likes(i can tell you what they are since all I do is play gungame), and how about voting for map change with a 75% majority. Sorry cogbern, it works and we cant please 100% of the people but we can hit 95%.

Im going to agree with freebase in saying that making the votemap at 100% is steep as we almost all the time have people in spectate and as ninja said, "people in gg can be jerks" so one person just wants to be an ass so they wont change it. Although i have seen that having 100% has had its benifits as we nolonger just play runngun and weaver and aim shotty. And yes Freebase is the most active admin, but I am the most active player in gg I see alot more when the admins are not on and it has happened numerous times to numerous players.

Dunno why Cogbern thinks this happens all the time, it's fairly rare, unless he's been doing shit that's been pissing people off to repeatedly votemap to keep him from winning. If he is doing things that piss people off, maybe he should stop it neh?

As for people being jerks...it's a NoobUnlimited server, there's going to be jerks from time to time, this is the internet, jerks abound.

Additionally, Cog's been an ass and repeatedly unmuting people's I have been muting from my CSS client and is there any way to keep him from doing that shit?

I could be wrong, but during a "discussion" between 3? or more people caused me to mute them, and I was continually able to hear them about 7-9 seconds after I muted them, when I asked who was unmuting them, Cogburn started laughing, so I assumed he was doing this somehow, I could be wrong, if so, apologies, but damn me when my player list mute option suddenly decides to stop working.

whoa this has nothing to do with me i have no idea y your game unmuted me, just because i was laughing doesnt mean that i did something to unmute ur players list, i was probably laughing at something that happened ingameand btw when did this happen???
