this time im whining about skins cause i want some.

Is there a winner at the end of every month and is it possible to win multiple times? I know you have to be in the top 10. (which i hate having to get in again and again)

There are 2 winners at the end of every month.
When you win the skins you keep them, therefore there is no reason for someone to win multiple times.
Just stay in and keep trying. You'll get them sooner or later. You just got keep trying.
You could also donate to get skins. Talk to nat or random about that though.
