1: must be a responsible member of the community. (in the forums and in game)
i would be responsible i all ready have been in the forums and in the game im a friendly guy.
2: clear minded thought proccess and thinks before he/she says or acts on anything.
as it says i would make sure what im doing is the right thing before i just do it like someone being racist i would tell him to stop first.
3: must have the ability to help the community with donations.
i will donate when ever i can.
4: has to be 18 years of age or older (some exceptions are made but not many)
i am 23 so not a problem.
5: has played on the servers for at least 3 months.
pretty sure i have been playing here since october at least.
6: knows the rules of the servers.
i do.
7: must be able to learn things as explained to him/her the first time.
wont be a problem learn things fast.
8: must have the willingness to do his job in game rather then ignore the players and continue playing.
wont be a problem better to solve the problem first then play.
9: should be seen helping enforcing the rules.
will do so ya. i think i kinda do that know lol.
10: must Have Xfire.
dont have xfire but i think i heard they dont use this..
11: must have Teamspeak3 and know how to connect and participate in our server.
i do have teamspeak and for the most part know how to use it just got so still working with it.
12: references from admins you play with a plus but not mandatory.

13. Not have admin on any other server, or owner of there own pub server.

-No problems with him breaking rules wise.
