log out of your current account and then instead of logging in click on create an account.

ok, another noob question. is there a way to have a different steam id per account? i'm assuming i buy another cs:s, but then how do i download that one to the different account. granted, i'd like this to all be on the same computer.

You just buy another CS:S on that new steam account, the ID is linked to your account not your counterstrike game.
I just did it too lol, 5$ CS:S is a good reason to get a 2nd account, So i dont lose points when i play fucked up lol.
