I get this message when going from the zr to office server and am forced to restart my game.

from the looks of it cog, go into your steam folder and find the [GAME]\materials/overlays\zr\humans_win.vmt. File and get rid of it... thats what I would do..

I modified the whitelist to include the new zr overlays. Tell me if you still have trouble connecting (you shouldn't have to delete anything).
