I was in gg today and there is no knife scyphon or a handicap.

Added KnifeSyphon.

Handicap is different than the ES Gun Game 4 version so it might be working and you don't know it. This handicap updates every 130 seconds instead of the round end like before...i know it sucks ass but it's what we've got.

We lost the wins stat, which I love, and you can skip past nade with a knife kill. Also, my admin isnt working and would like to have it work, please
